A Public Health Journal, is a weekly cable television program with host Dr. Ed Ehlinger, Medical Director of Boynton Health Services at the University of MN. He covers a variety of health issues. You can view an episode on Single-Payer Health Care and the Minnesota Health Plan, featuring guest, Amy Lange RN, CNM from the Minnesota Universal Health Care Coalition.
On March 3rd 2009, Senator Jim Carlson (SD38) hosted a forum on the Minnesota Health Plan. Four speakers addressed different aspects of the health care crisis, including an overview of reform proposals, the benefits of single payer, and a physician, legislator and small business owner perspective.
